I never ended up going. Just cut my own hair. But I went about a year ago. The stylist Jess was very sweet, very professional and I would recommend anybody to see her for cut and color. Really nice color jobs on other clients. I didn't get one. However, and I am reluctant to say this, but, the lady working at the front desk is a horror. She is unhelpful, unkind and seems judgemental. I don't think I met her high falutin ideas of who should be allowed in there. In fact, due to her unpleasantness when I called for an appointment 3 weeks ago, I opted not to make one. My hair has been long for a while now and I have been thinking of doing something more stylish and defined. I have been looking at photos for awhile and decided to go for it. I have tried a few salons in the area and I knew Lee at la femme was the one I could trust - and I was right! First of all he starts your appointment asking you pertinent questions about your thoughts about what you are looking for. If you're getting color he explains what works, what won't, and why, depending on what you want. Lee is the absolute best. His color and color correction skills are unmatched. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. He and the staff are extremely caring and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about them all so will just say thanks and leave this to show my appreciation.
