I ordered a vase of long-stem red roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. I specified delivery before 2:00 pm on V-Day as we were going out in the evening. We left the house at 5:30 pm - no roses, Annoying, but not the end of the world. When we returned around 10:00 pm, flowers were on our front porch. Unfortunately, it was not what I ordered. Instead, we received a very nice flower arrangement of different types of flowers, but not the roses that I ordered. I called John the next morning & explained what happened. No excuses. No fuss. By early afternoon, my order of long-stem roses arrived. Mistakes happen. When they do, they need to be corrected. John's Riverside did just that.
