I ordered a vase of long-stem red roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. I specified delivery before 2:00 pm on V-Day as we were going out in the evening. We left the house at 5:30 pm - no roses, Annoying, but not the end of the world. When we returned around 10:00 pm, flowers were on our front porch. Unfortunately, it was not what I ordered. Instead, we received a very nice flower arrangement of different types of flowers, but not the roses that I ordered. I called John the next morning & explained what happened. No excuses. No fuss. By early afternoon, my order of long-stem roses arrived. Mistakes happen. When they do, they need to be corrected. John's Riverside did just that.

The flowers were gorgeous. Everyone remarked at how beautiful they were. So many guests got to take them home. Couldn’t be happier with John’s Riverside. Thank you!!!

I have been using Johnny for over 20 years. He did my wedding in 2003 and did our anniversary party l;ast summer. I just had him make a silk arrangement for my dining room table. His arrngements are beautiful
