I have been going to the Center for Health and Healing for 19 years . I started at a free class that a friend asked me to attend. I kept going and it was the best decision I made. I feel healthy and fit. Dawn, the owner is always available and pleasant to deal with. Dawn teaches at the studio and hires the best instructors to teach also.
