I have been a customer since April 2017. Do yourself a huge favor and take out their yearly contract on your heating and A/C you will not go wrong. Their employees ( Jason and Jaime ) are true professionals. From inspecting your heating and air-conditioning systems to installing smart thermostats, etc. They are the best.
Honest, reliable, absolutely there for you when you need them. Weeks of heat wave. Temps feel like 105 and the a/c stopped working. Called them at 7:30 am and they were there before 10 am and fixed it. They installed our heating and cooling system in 2014 and have been on a maintenance contract since then. Have never let us down.. Highly recommended.
I recently had another experience with Carters heating and cooling a little over a year ago. I had an air conditioning system Installed and it literally changed the quality of life in our home, this time my boiler system, which is probably older than the hills had an ignition problem, Nick was The service technician that came out to evaluate the problem and Brian was the technician who came back With the parts needed to fix the issue. Both individuals were courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Carters heating and cooling to anyone Looking for professional install or repair.
