Used to love this place- new owners aren’t open during their posted hours. Did not return all garments when I picked up the wife’s order- to be fair, when I called asking about the rest of the order they found the remaining pieces saying, ‘There are pieces still to be picked up.’ As if I wasn’t there 30 minutes prior to pick them up; the worker neglected to give them to me. Maybe they are still figuring out the business. No complaints about the cleanliness of the clothes or alterations.

Absolutely love this place. The employees are very pleasant and professional to work with. Thier prices are very reasonable. They only charged me $75 to get my bride's maide dress hemmed in a timely manner, while another local shop Tailoring While U Wait wanted to charge me $135 with a 6 week wait and horrible service. I will recommend Bay Cleaners to the rest of the bridal party for their alteration needs.
