Dr Barinder Athwal is very caring doctor. He kindly explains and professionally the neccessary/best treatment/surgery procedure according to the individual condition and needs.
Definitely I recommend him to any patient with eyes condition or issues.
To begin with, I only give four stars because I believe everybody has room for improvement. I had Dr. Tony do my cataract evaluation and I have to say that he took the time to explain a lot of options to me when the time comes for cataract surgery. When the time comes, I will certainly be seeing Dr. Tony. I also saw a member of his staff, Maria, who was very friendly and personable.
Although Dr B Athwal has been my eye Dr in the past, Dr Neil Athwal is my eye Dr now. When it became clear that I would need cataract surgery, I asked for Dr B for my surgeon as he already knew my case. It was my first contact with the surgery center and I must say that I was very impressed with the professionalism I was met with, from when I first walked through the door to when I exited the building. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind and was truly concerned for my well being. Dr B gave a cheery hello and I was taken into the O.R.
