John was courteous and professional when he finally arrived. He took pictures of all the pertinent components and operating measurements of my AC system. I am disappointed with Gold Medal though because this visit was rescheduled from weeks ago when we had that extreme heat wave which is understandable. Why I am annoyed is that I was rescheduled for an 8AM-12PM window and heard nothing until I called at 11:30AM and was told it would be “sometime in the afternoon “ with no concrete time. The installers were so polite answered any questions I had they were very neat and tidy with cleanup and treated all the work as if they were installing in there own home caring about the look of the work as well as the performance
I cannot recommend Gold Medal highly enough.
The technician Justin Gregg arrived on time. He was extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain the issue.
Gold Medal nailed it. The price was very reasonable.
I will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs.
