Prompt call back and experienced technician showed up. He explained everything precisely before starting the job, giving us prices for every part of the repair. We ended up purchasing a whole new toilet as it was a better choice than just a repair. He had it delivered in less than an hour and installed it perfectly. No mess and everything was back to normal in a short time. I would recommend Gold Medal to all my friends and family. No pressure sales and the technician couldn't have been nicer.
