i had the privilege of meeting ginnie while on a beautiful retreat and people like her are the very reason why it was able to be such a beautiful experience. talking to her is a breeze because she comes from a place of such deeo compassion and nurturing/healing that even my beaten to a pulp nervous system was able to siphon a sense of safety from her. not to mention her practice itself, which was nothing short of wonderful. i don’t know what i’m going to do now that i know the joys of japanese head massages; i just may have to take a trip to jersey to experience ginnie’s amazing energy again!!

highly recommend Al Real! He is an absolutely fabulous massage therapist. He takes the time to work on exactly what your body needs, whether it’s relieving stress, stretching tight muscles, loosening hamstrings, working on your feet, or providing an amazing head massage. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and moving so much better than when I arrived.

Comfortable and peaceful space. I enjoyed the Japanese scalp massage, body massage, and infrared sauna! My body and face puffiness improved after treatments! Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly.
