Party Rental is great, their delivery teams are always friendly and timely. Their site is terrible though, always giving error messages and doing weird things like deleting or adding items to your cart randomly. If they can just get the site together they would be great
I would say overall my experience has been a bit mixed with this company and I think 3.5 is the fairest rating. I rounded this down to a 3 because I think people need to be very mindful of the rental conditions that I detail below, which is probably the most important aspect. That being said, I will most likely use this place again if needed because ultimately there aren’t many choices around and the customer service is good. Party Rental is the Gold standard for Event Rentals period. Their suburb quality & stellar Customer Service is unsurpassed in the New York Metropolitan area. Why would you use anyone else?
