There is no one with the class, kindness are concern for your well being than Rich. Anyone who says orherwise are obviously deluded and think journeyman workers like Rich are beneath them.

Rich is just a brilliant and truly honest guy. He's been nursing our two older central units for years. We're always debating on selling as empty nesters. Just last week he replaced an old ductless unit in my kitchen. My only criteria was for it to be the whitest white and keep the room freezing. My husband wanted the option of heat. Rich chose a superb attractive unit. From the time our old unit broke to having this one installed was just a few days. In my twenty five years living here, Rich is one of the very few contractors I trust 100%. My husband doesn't like most contractors. When he tells people he has the best AC guy you better believe it.
