OH MY GOODNESS!!! I live in Maryland and I’m constantly traveling so I use different businesses for service…. The service I received from JEAN was impecable!!! She took her time and listened to my concerns. She even set up a 10 minute timer for my hot stone massage which I loved because many just rush through it. It’s important to mention that after I came in, maybe about 7 people walked in and guess what??? Jean took her time with me and didn’t rush to take the next customer. First time here ! 11/20/2021 Walked in at 11:36am. I called and made an appointment but came a little later as a walk in. There were 3 ladies getting a pedicure in front of me. I walked in and didn't say anything i looked at the prices. A lady named lee approached me and asked what i wanted. She immediately took off my old gel polish At 11:40am. I thought it was cute that she was under the table lol. (Pic attached) She filed and then led me back to the pedicure section. She ran the water and then went into the back and disappeared. I like this shop I just recently started using them and I'm becoming a regular. I like to make appointments but sometimes I don't have the time and I can also walk-in. They check temperatures at the door and have protection in place.
