Ana was absolutely wonderful with our little girl. It was her first haircut and Ana made us feel very welcomed and my daughter loved her. Staff made us feel very welcomed as well. Highly recommend!
These women are angels. I was a very nervous mom taking my daughter for her first haircut because I thought we would get turned away since she is on the spectrum, nonverbal and hates having her hair touched...i would cry when washing her hair because she would cry even if i was so gentle so i put it off....DONT PUT IT OFF.....these women were as gentle as i am with her....our stylist was Lorena but another stylist with beautiful pink hair (im so sorry I didnt catch her name) and even the woman working the phones jumped in to help......we drove an hour to come to this salon and would easily do it again or drive longer. Had an amazing time at pigtails and crewcuts in teaneck. The service was top notch and the place was very clean and tidy. Danny, our stylist is our GO-TO. We have been working with him for 2 years now and will follow him at which ever location he is at. He is very gentle with my son and we get a perfect haircut every time with no tears.
He also speaks Spanish and English.
