I had a wonderful experience at NudebyNiacosmetics! From the moment I arrived, Nia made me feel comfortable and at ease. Waxing isn’t always the most comfortable service, but she did everything she could to make the experience as pain-free as possible.
What really stood out was her professionalism and customer service. She took the time to explain the products she uses, why she uses them, and how they benefit the skin, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the service. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible.
Nia is an absolute gem. Not only is she highly professional and well versed in what she does, but she literally has the kindest personality. She has the most empathetic and soft touch when waxing. My sister and I have extremely sensitive skin, and after endless bad experiences with other establishments, Nia is the only one we trust. She’s so careful and meticulous in the work that she does and how the client feels while receiving it. I would 10/10 recommend Nia to anyone and EVERYONE.
