Dr. Heaton and Megan were both SUPERB!! They thoroughly examined and ran tests to see what caused the issue I had. They went as far to refer me to see a different specialist! They took their time with me and answered all my questions and then some. What impressed me the most was what Dr. Heaton said. "I want to make sure that we explore all what we can before closing the case." He did not leave any stone unturned. I highly recommend this practice and doctor! Thank you Dr. Heaton and Megan!
Dr. Ragi and his staff are nothing short of fabulous. Their attention to detail is off the charts. The care and follow up that I receive makes me feel like i am their only patient. Simply the "Best"!
Dr Heaton and his staff were professional and did a beautiful job on my Mohs surgery. The whole experience from scheduling the appointment, short wait on a pleasant waiting area and most of all Dr Heaton and his staff were kind and understanding. I would definitely return if necessary and highly recommend this practice.
