Called yesterday to inquire about copper lines in exposed ceiling that appeared corroded. Sent photos to Jack's cell, he called right back to discuss, then his son Jackson called me a little while aftger to schedule. He came out today! The issue has been repaired, and I did not have to wait or wonder if I was being douped. He showed up on time, called to confirm he was on his way and was very professional. Called Hess after water main break killed our water heater. Jackson was super professional and showed up on time with everything he needed, no “running out” for material. Quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options in a way I understood. Ultimately replaced hot water heater and upgraded the venting to code. Definitely a great company worth calling for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
