Hess Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, LLC is a great company worth calling for any plumbing or HVAC needs. From the time customers call, the company eases worries with friendly, professional service. The lady who answers the call guarantees same day service, and the techs go over in detail exactly what needs to be done. They show up on time, call to confirm they are on their way, and give quotes upfront. Customers do not have to wait or wonder if they are being duped. The techs are super professional and arrive with everything needed, no “running out” for material. They quickly diagnose problems and explain options in a way customers understand. Hess was the ONLY company that took a frozen water pipe seriously and came to replace it. They go above and beyond, coming out on short notice to assess and fix issues thoroughly. The compassion shown to a 90-year-old neighbor stood out most; the plumber noticed her car was stuck in snow and ice and shoveled her driveway without being asked. This act of kindness shows the character of their employees and how they take care of their community. Customers highly recommend Hess and will use them for all future needs.
Hess Plumbing is simply Awesome! Whenever I need any plumbing done they are the only company I use. Best customer service and most talented and efficient technicians and always a fair and reasonable price for the quality work they perform! Thank you for always helping me out!!
Called yesterday to inquire about copper lines in exposed ceiling that appeared corroded. Sent photos to Jack's cell, he called right back to discuss, then his son Jackson called me a little while aftger to schedule. He came out today! The issue has been repaired, and I did not have to wait or wonder if I was being douped. He showed up on time, called to confirm he was on his way and was very professional. He gave me the quote upfront and I could not be happier. We are going to call Hess for all of our plumbing or HVAC needs going forward. Highly recommend!!
Called Hess after water main break killed our water heater. Jackson was super professional and showed up on time with everything he needed, no “running out” for material. Quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options in a way I understood. Ultimately replaced hot water heater and upgraded the venting to code. Definitely a great company worth calling for any plumbing/HVAC needs.
