Never having heard of sun tunnel diffusers before I was impressed when I was invited in the home of the owner of the company to see what it look like.Once I decided to go ahead with the project, everyone from the office staff to the product manager were extremely helpful.I was told it would be a two day project and that is what it was. The insulation went smoothly, and the house was cleaned as needed after each stepOnce my four sun tunnel diffusers were installed, I have been so pleased with how much more light they have given me. “We had Hanzel Roofing do an entire remodel to the outside exterior of our house (New roof, removal of old asbestos siding which was replaced with vinyl siding, vinyl soffit and all new gutters with gutter guards) Mr Hanzel was very professional and answered all of my questions I had about the roof and siding. He and his crew showed up the same time every day and got to work, they always cleaned up after their work was done every day and never left a mess. They always came prepared with what they needed for the job. The process was thoroughly explained to us and we received guidance on how to handle any situation throughout the whole process. We did not expect a project of this size to go so smoothly from start to finish. We have already discussed this project with our friends and we give your company the highest recommendation. One of the most surprising parts of the transaction was the communication we received from your company about the supplemental insurance claim that needed to be handled. We had already approved payment from the finance company for the entire project and you had your money, but when we had questions, we still received a quick response. We appreciate everything your entire team did throughout this process. We feel we must also inform you that the subcontractor (La Bendicion Construction) you used could not have been better. They were polite and professional the entire time and we were very impressed with their efforts to complete the job in 1 day and they had to finish in the rain. They did an excellent clean up job and we have not had a single nail in our vehicle tires since they left.
