Long lane installed my new furnace in November through my home warranty . This week my heat stopped working and my warranty company was giving me the run around for 4 days. I have two minor kids and the weather dropped so low i considered getting a hotel. My husband called Friday morning explained the situation to Bill and he told him to wait while he called our warranty company. What ever he said to them they were out to my house within a hour and Marco and Sebastian fixed my heat. Will definitely use them again with our without my home warranty. They definitely didn’t have to go above and beyond and come out the same day.
