What a beautiful funeral home with amazing staff Alexis was phenomenal, she went above and beyond. Even tho the circumstances were sad she added a bit of humor and overall comfort and love. At the cemetery she even added a beautiful poem. I cannot recommend Pinkel Funeral Home enough. Losing our beautiful Melissa was overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Alexis was incredibly professional, transparent about costs, and went above and beyond in every way. She truly took the weight off our shoulders during this incredibly sad time.
