I lost my grandmother recently. This is the first major loss I have experienced in my life, and nothing is worse than losing someone you love. Our experience with Pinkel Funeral Home could have very easily made this process even worse, but the director and her staff did the exact opposite. They handled this process with the perfect balance of kindness, levity, and respect.
Alexis helped make every decision as easy as possible and always kept our wishes and practically, our budget, in mind. Pinkel helped lay my grandmother to rest in the way she would have wanted. They handled all of the hard parts of the process so we could have more time and energy to handle our grief. Everything was handled the way my grandmother wanted, and we have Pinkel to thank for that.
