Furnace shut down after power surge on Labor Day weekend. Tech worked with homeowner on the phone for an hour without success although he really tried to help. Two techs arrived early Tuesday morning and worked with manufacturer’s tech support and got system rebooted. Gave homeowner procedures to follow should it happen again.

Had BDP come out for a boiler cleaning and maintenance. To say that I am satisfied is an understatement. In the last 4 years I’ve lived here I have had several companies come out and none of them have had the professional and expertise as BDP. They would always band aid the problem and move on. Alex who came out was incredibly knowledgeable of my old Utica boilers and was able to diagnose, clean and fix what was going on. He explained everything step by step and was super patient with me as I asked a million questions. I can’t recommend them enough
