“I went to have a medical massage for sciatica with Amanda, I am 72 and this was my first massage ever. She was so warm and welcoming and immediately put me at ease. The massage was great, unfortunately it did not help the sciatic nerve pain which is a problem at the nerve root and can only be relieved through medical intervention. My legs were aching from my uneven walking and the muscles were tight. She did an amazing job at relieving all of that tension. I am now going to have an epidural injection to hopefully help the sciatic nerve. I will be back to get a massage just for relaxation because she did such an amazing job. Thank you Amanda.“

“Dr. Vindenni is probably the best Chriopractor I've ever had. He's very gentle, listens to what you say, and is able to pinpoint the issue VERY quickly and accurately. When he makes the adjustments, it feels like he's gently guiding and coaxing everything back into place, not jerking or snapping it back.
