“Dr. Rossinow is a life saver! I was trying to lift a heavy object over the weekend. Well the heavy object won and I was dealing with back pain all weekend long. Dr. Rossinow was able to promptly get me in and see me. I am now laying comfortably on my couch, my lower back feels amazing, and I know I’ll be able to sleep well tonight. What I like about Dr. Rossinow is that spent time to diagnose the root of my back pain. Turns out that my hamstrings are tight from sitting on a chair all day long at my job and my right hip was rotated out. This compounded my lower back pain. I’ve been to other chiropractors and no one had explained so clearly why I kept having back issues every few months! He started the session by relaxing my tight back muscles with a Tens unit and stretching my hamstrings. I loved that he took the time to stretch and relax my muscles before adjusting me.
