I have been going to Lori Rillo for almost 20 years and I would follow her until the end of the earth! For three years, I lived in the Beverly Hills area (the beauty capitol of the US) and I still flew home every three months, so Lori could do my color and cut!
Lori is like an alchemist as she mixes just the right products together and anticipates how your personal base color will work with her color options. She’s a true professional!
XO has a lovely space that’s squeaky clean, bright and cheerful. Highly recommend!“

“My daughter's hair came out amazing! My daughter has mixed hair and scalp issues and the Tikeisha at the salon made some great suggestions. Both women were friendly and made my 10 year old comfortable for hours while doing her hair. No pressure to cut her hair ( even though I know she needs it), which we have had at other places and can be a turn-off for my daughter. I appreciate the time they both took. I was worried about how hot the salon would be with the 100-degree weather we are having, but it was perfectly cool the whole time. I plan to come again!

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“
