All the instructors here are amazing. The studio is beautiful, warm, inviting and friendly. Beginner friendly classes are phenomenal as are the mixed level. I personally highly recommend Kula for your yoga journey regardless what “stage” you are at. I am so lucky to live right in Stanhope a mile away from this place!

The owner (Joe) and instructor (Karen) were incredible. It was my first time trying yoga, and definitely well worth it. Aslong as my schedule permits, I'll be back!
