I'm giving the Manahawin Retro a 10 because of our experience with the staff, especially our trainer Paul, he is amazing! He has a calm, friendly energy and is incredibly knowledgeable we just wish we would have worked with him earlier. I work in the integrative health field as a health coach and I am impressed with his knowledge of nutrition & weight loss concepts. We have also had a fantastic experience with Sherri who works the front desk, she helped us find the right gym plan that works for me & my husband-- she is very kind and down-to-earth. She also helps to encourage us every time we come to the gym (4 times a week) when she greets us & makes light conversation.

This an excellent gym. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Any broken equipment is handled immediately. Targeted areas are regularly updated. The gym is clean, sterile and well tended. Definitely worth it for experienced weightlifting and novices looking to improve their health and wellness.

My girlfriend and I stopped in during a quick getaway to the beach. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the doors and enjoyed a great workout. Awesome staff and equipment. They even recommended places we could check out. Will be back if we are ever in the area again.
