Tiffany from planet fitness Barnegat, New Jersey, today 20 minutes before closing, demonstrate amazing customer service, thoughtfulness, and decisive decision-making with a smile. I had a very tough day, physically with asthma, arthritis, and more. Tiffany quickly overcame some technical difficulties and got the hydro chair working. The entire team and management is worth every penny of the monthly fee. Thank you my back feels better. John

I joined planet fitness a few years back and went to a location I loved in egg harbor. But I started a new job and decided to try this location because it was new at the time. I was disappointed. Staff wasn’t friendly and it was dirty. Flash forward to today, I have been going to this location for a month now. They really turned things around. The front desk staff greets you, they are friendly. The machines seem cleaner and I’ve seen them cleaning the equipment a couple times when I went there. The bathrooms are clean too, which a i big plus. Glad they improved, I enjoy coming here! Way better than Retro!

Took a huge step deciding to do something about how I feel about myself today and started going back to the gym after 3 years of not going, I walked in, I was greeted kindly with a smile, showed around and made to feel very comfortable. Gym had a decent amount of members working out around 7pm but it wasn't overbearing or intimidating like I thought it would, its truly a judgement free zone & I'm hoping to come on a regular basis! Great first time experience! Thank you!
