Great! I went with my niece, nephew and his girlfriend. I do yoga frequently in Bergen County. Im visiting relatives in LBI for memorial day weekend and was very impressed. I will be returning to this studio.

I absolutely love this studio! There are so many options. If you like a hot flow, you have so many times and different teachers. Gentle, warm, Yin yogagreat times and talented teachers. Don’t like hot yoga no worries. I just love this studio! I take Yin Yoga every Sunday & I’m making it a point to take one other more strenuous class during the week when I’m in town. Tomorrow is warm gentle w Rose😊

Extremely welcoming vibe. so many different classes offered I would recommend this yoga studio. Friendly knowledgeable and caring staff. I believe I have found my new go to yoga studio
