Mica was quick and efficient and very friendlyI give her 5 Stars…... My only complaint about this facility is , why have an appointment and every person in the waiting room comes and goes and you have to wait in the waiting room for over an hour before you are seen. What are these appointments worth? For that i give it -0?
Fast, efficient, and professional. Staff is great! Doctors are knowledgeable and professional, I felt they really cared and listened to me. I have used several of the services and have never been disappointed. Have used the West Orange and Springfield office for years. I actually followed Dr.Mansour when he moved from one facility to another. He has been my primary for years now. Highly recommend!
My visit was a great experience. The receptionist was polite and friendly, the wait was short, and Dr. Mansur was wonderful. I recently moved 45 minutes away and came back to see him because he's thorough, direct, caring, and has earned my trust.
