I found this place about 3 or four months ago...and I've only been disappointed once...(the tech refused to give me a design before she started my polish) and my nails chipped on day 3??

Requested style: Before getting serviced this time I made sure the tech could give me a simple design as we wind down from the summer. and she did not disappoint! ?

Cleanliness: This establishment is well kept and that's something I can appreciate ?? ?? ?? ??

Stylist: don't know who my tech was ? but she was VERY ACCOMMODATING! ?

I love Bloom- my only complaint is that they DO NOT open at 9 am. They show up at 9:15 the absolute earliest and most days later than that. I understand they travel and there might be traffic, but they have to leave earlier to get there on time!!!!!!

Great experience.. local.. plenty of parking... clean.. price is right.. staff is awesome too..I found my new place

08/06/22Came back after being put in a wheel chair and they are great and clean and staff is still amazing never fails!! And massage was amazing
