He returned my call within an hour, came out the next day to diagnose the problem, and began repairs the following day. The job took several days, and he handled everything with skill and transparency. Don also coordinated with the HOA Maintenance team to address related work that needed to be done. After the project was completed, he followed up to make sure everything was running properly and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Don.
