I've used Biles this summer for the 1st time to check my AC and it was great. Now for my heat. And that was also great. I will keep using them for as long as I can. Clean, great service and reliable. Kevin is the best . Thank you so much see you for the summer.
Had at problem at first when they installed electrical box outside, not even sure management or ownership knew about my issue but once they did they immediately corrected it and made up for it. That to me is reputable.
I just had the good fortune of engaging Biles Electrical & Mechanical Contractors and could not be more pleased with the results. The two Technicians who worked and resolved my issues were professional, knowledgeable, personable and considerate both inside and outside our house as they explained each and every procedure they were doing to find and resolve the problem.
