Kevin and Jonathan did my Spring maintenance for my A/C system today. They checked everything carefully and did a great job. Both of them are honest, conscientious and very friendly guys who were willing to answer my questions. I have been using Biles for many years. Kevin and the owner Stephanie have always been quick to respond and help me out when I needed it. During the Covid pandemic, one of the parts on my heating unit broke and I had no heat. Stephanie scrambled to get this part even when parts were difficult to get and hallelujah, I had heat again! Everyone provides great service there!
I've used Biles Electrical on 4 occasions, and they continue to be reliable and trustworthy. They've installed a pool heater for me in the past, swapped out cables, and fixed wiring on a messed-up overhead light. I feel comfortable with them that the job is going to get done correctly. Highly recommend.
I needed a new smoke detector installed, called the company. They showed up within 2 1/2 hours of my call. Electrician, Kevin, was very professional and friendly. Work was completed efficiently. Rates were reasonable.
