Several months ago, I had a warranty issue with my roof, My shingles were failing. Vince of Trinity Development did NOT do the original roof. I had nightmares of trying to make a claim with the manufacturer. I received multiple bids to redo the roof. I received these quotes and Vince was tied with the lowest, One roofer was almost double of Trinity Development .It turns out Vince uses Tamko products which was the shingle that failed originally.
