I wish I didn't have to leave this review, but I did not have a good experience with his services. After moving into my home in July, there were multiple issues uncovered - from electrical to roofing - all of which were not found in the inspection. Contractors who came to my home questioned if I even had an inspection done because these issues were apparent to them. This was my first home and it was a very disheartening experience to have so many things missed that would have affected my decision to purchase the home.

We used William recently for our home inspection and I couldn’t have more good things to say about him. He was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything to us patiently. He even took the time to call on a Saturday evening to talk me through our options after our inspection report came out. This was the second home inspection we have done but after seeing the difference with William I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Henrie Home failed to test the air conditioning long enough to find the leak in the coil. Luckily, the sellers left the air conditioning unit on prior to our walk through and the leak was found. If this was found during the inspection we could have properly negotiated for this to be fixed prior to our move in.

I had an excellent experience with William Henrie. He was extremely accommodating and helped coordinate multiple inspections and over a holiday weekend. He did an amazing job inspecting the home, leaving no stone unturned and explained everything along the way. He found many critical issues and even after the inspection he took the time to have follow up conversations and he provided invaluable recommendations and feedback.
