No one is better at customer service than Andy Ball. I called him with a water issue that I was having. He promptly returned my call and made arrangements to test my water. He then called me to discuss the results and recommended changes to the settings on my water softener then, walked me through the changes step by step on my water softener unit. I can’t say enough good things about Andy, his professionalism, courtesy and commitment to customer service are off the charts. As one reviewer stated, if I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Culligan Water and Andy Ball.

They will charge you more than necessary. Company is rude and customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and use ADVANCED WATER SOFTENING. They are just a better company and will not try and rip you off.

Andy Ball and his team from Culligan Sparta installed a new water softener system and an RO system for our drinking water. His team was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Andy followed up personally the day after the install to make sure everything was working and to answer any of our questions. Highly recommended!

I have to say, after 5 years of owning my Water Softener, Andy has always been there for me when I want to purchase salt bags for pick up and I’m not able to contact the office. He’s always there to immediately answer any questions I may have. He is very knowledgeable on water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis systems, and bottled water. Culligans installed my water softener in one day and Andy is still there for any questions or issues I may have. My experience was and still is excellent! I would highly recommend this company for your water softener installation.

Worked with Andy Ball on getting a new Culligan RO system. He was straightforward through the sales process and helped me pick the right unit. The install crew did a solid job and the difference from my old RO is noticeable — water tastes cleaner and the flow rate is much better than what I had before. Happy with how it all came together.

Water is so important. I don’t think I’ve ever had a really great water softener and I can’t tell you how annoying the hard water is on my appliances, fixtures, faucets, even my hair. Andy, my new “Culligan Water Sommelier”, came out and tested my water (FOR FREE) lol He even tested my favorite bottled water. That was fun. Andy quickly designed our system and set the plan into motion. The installer was a great guy and had our system up and running in a short few hours.
I’ve only had my Culligan system for a few days and already we are noticing a big difference. My well water is excellent I was happy to find out, But now it’s even better. My hair is soft and shiny ear and my son said “it’s easier to take a shower”. No need for 6 ounces of shampoo to get a lather. 😂 I haven’t done a load of wash yet, but actually, I’m excited to do laundry. That’s a change.

Andy even picked up my call on a Saturday at 2 PM and patiently explained why my system was in REGEN mode, how long it would take, and what to expect. He was absolutely right and clearly knows his stuff.

Have had a water softener and water filter in place for a few years. Recently had a drop in water pressure when using the shower or sink. Called and spoke to Andy. Guided me through replacing the fitler, manually regen the softener and checking the pressure on the reduction valve. Was a very helpful call and saved me time and money waiting for a tech to come out and pay them to do the same thing. Great company and great customer service.
