No one is better at customer service than Andy Ball. I called him with a water issue that I was having. He promptly returned my call and made arrangements to test my water. He then called me to discuss the results and recommended changes to the settings on my water softener then, walked me through the changes step by step on my water softener unit. I can’t say enough good things about Andy, his professionalism, courtesy and commitment to customer service are off the charts. As one reviewer stated, if I could give 10 stars I would. Andy Ball and his team from Culligan Sparta installed a new water softener system and an RO system for our drinking water. His team was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Andy followed up personally the day after the install to make sure everything was working and to answer any of our questions. Highly recommended!
I have to say, after 5 years of owning my Water Softener, Andy has always been there for me when I want to purchase salt bags for pick up and I’m not able to contact the office. He’s always there to immediately answer any questions I may have. He is very knowledgeable on water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis systems, and bottled water. Culligans installed my water softener in one day and Andy is still there for any questions or issues I may have. My experience was and still is excellent! I would highly recommend this company for your water softener installation.
