Unbelievable experience! Extremely kind and knowledgeable. They cleaned a rug for us and delivered it at a more than reasonable rate. We need more stores like this! We will definitely be purchasing our next rugs from them.
I’ve had two carpets repaired and three professionally cleaned and I can not emphasize enough how wonderful the experience was in all facets. We are extremely fortunate to have Shaf’s services and expertise available to us in Sparta.
Shaf and his dad were friendly, professional, and efficient. I haven't had my American hooked rugs cleaned for quite a while and they were starting to show it. They did a great job of cleaning and returned the rugs quickly to me. I definitely recommend them.
