After spending time digging and turning over soil for a large garden, my lower back pain skyrocketed to an 8 or 9 out of 10. But after just one week of seeing Dr. Eric, the pain dropped to about a 4 or 5. It was down to a manageable 2 or 3 by the second week. And after the third week, the pain was completely gone.
Dr. Eric not only worked his magic but also provided ice pack treatments and targeted exercises. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Eric has set me on the path to recovery, but any of his patients will be able tell you that. What they may not know from experience, especially if he is their first chiropractor, is that this is the most complete and thorough care by a chiropractic office I have ever received.
I have had chiropractic care for years and never have I had someone use the tools and techniques Dr. Eric employs. I was given a scan and a computer-guided analysis of my spine in relation to how I carry my weight, and the source of my discomfort was explained by a man who has a passion for healing others. He was able to isolate the muscular causes of issues I could only vaguely describe.
I was given printed exercises (common practice) however there are guided videos Dr. Eric himself has recorded. He also texted me personally to make sure I was getting along just fine.
And his ability to perform a chiropractic adjustment? Precise and powerful. I used to have to stand for a few minutes in a traction device before bed just to feel good the next day. It’s been many weeks since our first appointment and I have not used that device once.
I live an hour away from this office and will continue my care here. It’s that good.
I have been a client of Breen Massage and Wellness for a well over a year. I have a number of chronic issues with cervical and lumbar injuries over the years.
