I recommend 100%, honestly I have a very stressful job (hospital-life) to be able to let everything go and feel relaxed takes time and effort on my part, and by the time I got to my appointment with Bonnie, all my stress was gone. I really felt more like myself. This will deff be a quarterly thing for me lol recommend!

I did a one hour Swedish massage with Bonnie and it was wonderful! I told her the specific areas I had more tension and she really focused them. I'll be booking a deep tissue massage next

I met Bonnie originally at a vendor event in Sparta. Quick chair massage.Booked a full appointment with her and it was amazing!!So fantastic I go back once a month. Sciatica pain was off the scale… now zero pain.She adjusts her technique based on the needs of her client. Relaxing atmosphere. Spotless Spa space.,My entire family now books with Bonnie.Best chance meeting ever!!Thank you!!!
