I recently used The Cleaning Group to steam clean the rugs in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication was handled via text, and they were fast, accommodating, and flexible when I had to cancel one appointment and reschedule for the very next day. Reginald, the technician who came, was polite, professional, and even shared several helpful tips on how to care for our rugs in the future. The service exceeded our expectations—not only did the rugs look fantastic afterward, but they dried quickly, allowing us to put everything back in place by the end of the night.
