Compassionate, supportive, gentle, I can't say enough about the wonderful treatment of the staff of this Hospital. I had to bring my beloved puppy, Dominio in for end of life care and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They never rushed us, they explained every step before it was taken. Upon completion of his life, we stayed with him for another hour or two. I was so overtaken with sadness having lost him but was able to deal with it because it was the right thing to do for him at this time. Dr. Perez and her team, I'm so sorry I don't have everyone's names individually but you are SUPER!!!

Cat diagnosed with kidney disease without having been given a urine test (no creatinine). I spent thousands on special diet kidney food for the next year, for nothing. My cat sounded as though he was being tortured in the next room, they would not let me be with him during the exam. They have a very aggressive mailing list that continues to text/message/email even after you ask them not to.

The doctor complained about our cats clawing and biting, which probably wouldn't have happened if we were in the room with them during the exam. Our cat came home with a bright pink bandage around her back left leg that we were not told about (if we hadn't had safety shears at home I don't know how we could have gotten it off and as there was no blood on it we don't know why it was there!)
