What an incredible bunch of people. We brought our kitten in to be neutered and the staff were so helpful. We never felt like we were being rushed. Everything was explained to us, from the moment we got there to the time we would be back to pick him up.
The first animal hospital I've been to that didn't smell like a giant litter box full of wet dogs.
If you have a choice, I highly recommend making the people at Plainfield Animal Hospital a part of your pets life. You won't be disappointed.

My dog is very comfortable with them. They give you the best options for testing. They have a great staff to welcome you.

My pet really liked being there. We were treated with the upmost respect. Everything was explained the Dr. was very thorough and knowledgeable and compassionate about my pet. I would recommend this clinic to anyone to bring their pets here. After leaving my pet was so relaxed and slept through the car ride.

My pug is very anxious and can be difficult to treat at times. We were there yesterday as I usually request to see Dr. Alex and as usual she and the vet tech were amazing with my senior girl. Ear cleaning, nail cutting, caddy injection and exam all done in my presence as to help alleviate her anxiety. We have seen all vets on staff and all are great.

Brought my dog there for the first time yet the staff was so caring and understanding. The doctor was just as wonderful that treated my dog. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going back with my other dog. It was a great experience.

I love this animal hospital. I've been coming here with different dogs from childhood into adulthood, most recently with my new dog Luna. Every time we come everyone is so kind and accommodating. Appointments are easy to make and phone calls are always answered or returned promptly. Going to the vet with your loved pet can sometimes be distressing but they always make me feel at ease.

I want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Boyce and Alexis, the true dynamic duo when it comes to caring for my Yorkie, Saige. These two have never once shown impatience with his anxiety during visits. Dr. Boyce and Alexis are always willing to help, and they genuinely care about my dog’s well-being — and it does not go unnoticed.
Everyone at Plainfield Animal Hospital is amazing, especially the front desk ladies, but Dr. Boyce and Alexis are truly my lifeline. For example, Saige constantly struggles with stomach issues, and recently he had an abrupt stomach upset. I was supposed to call and schedule an in-person appointment, but I convinced myself to just let it pass. Today, Alexis called me on her own, genuinely wanting to know how he was doing. That level of care is rare.
I love this team. I don’t know where Saige and I would be without them. I highly recommend Plainfield Animal Hospital to any pet parent who is as dedicated as I am — because this hospital reciprocates that same level of care.

This place is a money grab- They told me bc I was 10 minutes late for my appointment- I'd be charged an additional 150 dollars... They also said bc she's a german shepherd- they might have to sedate her to examine her safely- that would also be at an additional charge... I'm sorry - aren't these professionals? I offered to muzzle her - to put them at ease... This place is an absolute joke- Pls stay away if you value your dollar.
