I was scared of an impossible bill. I understand these Air-conditioning things will or may cost an arm and/or a leg but I worry too much. I called PSE&G out initially but they were $250 just to come look at it but when they arrived they wouldn't touch it because it was partially under the back porch. So, I had to look for an HVAC and I got extremely lucky. The quoted me to come out and look $95 which was great. I just wanted to know what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. So I scheduled an appointment and I met the tech at the house and he was pleasant and reassuring and put me at ease. He was very tolerable of my questions and concerns. I recently was faced with the big expense of replacing my oil tank. Without delay Paul Carnes swooped in and took care of all the details! His crew came in changed out the old for the new left everything clean ! Very pleased with the entire process ! Way to go !!!! Ty

Had some trouble with my system after it was installed in July of 2025 which was finally fixed properly in April 2026 - Petro made good on their promise to fix the unit and found a leak which they fixed - I do hope they will grant me an extended warranty just in case there is another problem. Time will tell
