The customer service here is so good. I’ve had Arnelle and Richard help me out and were very knowledgable and friendly. From now on I’m only going to short hills OP… forget the city
I had a fantastic experience with Arnelle recently and I just had to share. She was incredibly helpful when adjusting my glasses, making sure they fit perfectly – which they do now. Arnelle even offered my pregnant wife water, showing her thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
Arnelle's friendly and professional demeanor really stood out to me. She went out of her way to ensure our visit was comfortable and pleasant, and I truly appreciate that. In my opinion, Arnelle should be recognized for her exceptional customer service skills and be given the opportunity to train new associates on how to provide top-notch service to all customers.

From the moment I entered the store I noticed that all the staff had a smile on their faces. AMI took care of my request without any question and within seconds my glasses was fixed.
