We had Anthony’s do landscaping work in our front yard in 2020. They planted some shrubs and a dogwood tree, as well as some grasses. They did a nice job and the work was a fair price (although they installed/charged us for mulch that we never asked for). To me, the bigger disappointment is that the dogwood tree they selected and planted has died. I reached out and they said we are outside their “plant guarantee” and their only solution was a “discounted price” of $375 for a replacement. I would have expected better customer service.

I had Anthony's do fall cleanup for me 2 years in a row. In 2019, they came for cleanup less times than I thought was fair for the price. this year, I called them to set it up and was told by the secretary, on a rare occasion that they answered the phone that I was on the list for the fall cleanup. Their crew was in my neighborhood today and said I was not on the list. After 5 phone calls with no reply, I sent an email, and was told that Anthony said he had too many houses on his route. I suggest finding someone else to do your landscaping as the customer service and the work is not really worth the price.

We have been using them for probably 15-20 years. For the most part they are very good and honest. However, yesterday their people removed some tree branches from my yard and left them in a big pile in the street next to my house. In so doing, they created a dangerous situation for cars and for people - so much so that the local police blocked it off with cones and said it had to be moved. I called them last night and was told they would be here first thing this morning to take care of it. Nobody ever showed up nor have they returned my emails or phone calls.
