“It’s rear to find a contractor with a trifecta of doing things right by code, in a decent time frame and being competitive on the cost front. Giovanni is one of the rear ones.
We got our entire sidings done along side reinforcing some of the portions of the sunroom. This included electrical and other small things that needed to be taken care of along the way.
Provided good suggestions that helped with the overall esthetics of the house exterior while making sure we get fixes done that are longterm.

“3rd time using TDM. Tim is responsive via txt and knowledgeable. His workers are careful and meticulous. No stray sealcoating was dripped or tracked onto sidewalk or paver pathway that connects to driveway. 2 day job. Day 1 - Seal cracks on asphalt driveway. Day 2 - Sealcoat. Waited 80 hours before driving on sealed driveway. Price is reasonable given the amount of time for labor. I will be using TDM again in a few years.“
