I booked an appointment with Jess with no idea of what I wanted or what would look good but she was super helpful from beginning to end.I've never dyed my hair before or really done anything with it but Jess has excellent taste and guided me through everything she was doing and was very friendly the entire time! I love how the end result came out!She also gave pointers/tips on how to maintain everything and product suggestions that would be good to use.5/5 Would like to come back again soon :)
