I had some questions about the work which was performed by my electrical contractor. Jeff's name was given to me as a master electrician. I just needed a second opinion. So I called Jeff expecting the usual 5 min conversation and an inspection appointment at about $$$$ an hour. To my surprise, Jeff spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me, listening to my concerns. He asked me to send him an email with all the questions I had. Not only did he reply to my email, but he provided the references to the installation manuals and electrical code requirements.
