I have been using them for +3 years. Due to Covid - skipped 2020. Anyways their service folks are highly professional and entertaining even. Answers every question. The big dude - Ryan is the best. Michelle on the phone and Matt for pesky stuff is amazing. Never had issues with them. Their prices one can't beat. They respond within 24 hrs if anything is found. They service 3 times / year with zero problems. I even took them up for in ground bait system - i.e. the venerable Sentricon and they gladly did the work and doing the monitoring THREE times / year.
