I have been using them for +3 years. Due to Covid - skipped 2020. Anyways their service folks are highly professional and entertaining even. Answers every question. The big dude - Ryan is the best. Michelle on the phone and Matt for pesky stuff is amazing. Never had issues with them. Their prices one can't beat. They respond within 24 hrs if anything is found. They service 3 times / year with zero problems. I even took them up for in ground bait system - i.e. the venerable Sentricon and they gladly did the work and doing the monitoring THREE times / year. Cavanaughs came highly recommended from my mother in law. They came to my house to take care of a wasp hive that must have had a few thousand wasps in it. The wasps flew through a small hole in my soffit and made a home in the wall/ceiling of my second floor master bedroom within a week or two. There were so many that it sounded like there was water running in my attack all day and night from the movement of the wasps. Within 5-10 mins of getting here and setting up he had the entire hive take care of and gone. I highly recommend Cavanaughs and going forward they’re the only place I’ll use for pest control.
